Elevar Foundation Mission

The Elevar Foundation believes in the transformative power of music and music education. The goal of the Foundation is to make music accessible to underserved communities by offering or supporting free or low-cost opportunities such as masterclasses, performances, instruments, workshops and information sessions, often in association with the Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition (EOIVC) and other partner organizations.

Community Engagement

The Elevar Foundation is committed to providing underserved communities access to high-quality music experiences and musicians. Through concerts, masterclasses, and information sessions, the Elevar Foundation works in partnership with public schools, community centers, hospitals and other organizations to connect these institutions and groups with artists free of charge.
